What is South Carolina ADSAP?

The South Carolina Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program, also known as ADSAP, is a mandatory education or treatment program that is offered to out-of-state drivers who have been convicted of a DWI in the State of South Carolina. Drivers who live in South Carolina are not eligible to participate in the alcohol and drug safety action program without an exception granted by the South Carolina Interstate ADSAP Office. The South Carolina alcohol and drug safety action program process is similar to that of an NC DWI in that an assessment,  the completion of DWI classes, and paperwork submission are required to become eligible for reinstatement. Reach out to our staff at Behavioral Health Intervention Center to assist you in navigating through the process. We are eager to help you!
