Substance Abuse Resolutions

When a new year rolls around, many people make a pact with themselves to lose weight, save money or turn the TV on less. For people suffering from substance abuse addiction, this is a time when quitting becomes top of mind. I absolutely encourage you to stop drinking and/or consuming drugs, but breaking addictions is difficult, and most people give up on their New Year’s resolutions quite fast.
